The Towers swimming pool and surrounding pool area are available for the enjoyment of residents and their guests. Please observe the following rules to help ensure a safe, clean, and pleasant environment for everyone.

Pool rules are established to protect residents, guests, and the community amenities. All residents and guests are expected to follow these guidelines while using the pool and pool area.

Pool Rules

  1. Pool hours for adults are 8:00 AM to dusk. Pool hours for children fifteen (15) years of age or under are from 10:00 AM to dusk daily, including Saturday and Sunday. Dusk is when the pool lights come on.
  2. Residents must be in possession of the pool pass assigned to their unit when using the pool and/or pool area. Residents must be in the pool area with their guests at all times and guests must not be unattended. Owners leasing their units may not use the pool.
  3. Tampering with pool equipment, including thermometers, pool grates, plugs, lifesaving items, cleaning nets, and temperature settings, is prohibited.
  4. Pool chairs, chaise lounges, and tables may not be reserved.
  5. Children fifteen (15) years and under must be accompanied by an adult at all times. The pool rope is not to be used as a play device, for hanging, or for acrobatics.
  6. Children who are not toilet trained must wear protective garments.
  7. Shoes or other foot coverings must be worn to and from the pool. Wet feet or wet bathing suits are not permitted in the clubhouse.
  8. Rafts are permitted only when there are four (4) or fewer people in the pool.
  9. No glass objects are permitted in the pool area.
  10. Splashing water on those relaxing poolside will not be tolerated.
  11. No squirt guns or ball playing are permitted in the pool area.
  12. Suntan lotion must be removed before entering the pool.
  13. Pool chairs must be covered with a towel if suntan lotion is used.
  14. No diving into the pool and no running in the pool area.
  15. No alcoholic beverages of any kind are permitted in the pool area.
  16. Open drink cups or containers are permitted only on pool tables and not on pool ledges.
  17. Battery-operated or plugged-in personal radios, CD/tape players, telephones, or other devices are permitted only with earplugs/headphones. Sound equipment audible to others is specifically prohibited.
  18. Smoking is permitted only by the ashtrays in the pool area by the gates.
  19. During inclement weather, including black clouds, lightning, or thunder, the pool area—including cooking on grills—will be closed during severe or dangerous conditions. Swimming is prohibited during these conditions or whenever residents are instructed to leave by a Board Member or representative. The Association uses the WeatherBug app for lightning monitoring.
  20. Close all umbrellas after use and close gates after opening.
